With Ree Projects, I strive to create more than handbags — I shape sculptural pieces that carry stories of strength and possibility, much like the communities and landscapes of St. Vincent & the Grenadines. This collaboration with photographer and filmmaker Fidelio Faustino is an homage to the shared heritage and lived experiences that continue to shape both my creative language and Fidelio’s lens.

Rooted in intuition and memory, Ree Projects was founded as an expression of identity and reinvention. Through Fidelio’s lens, this series unfolds as a visual exploration of place and spirit — where design meets history, and creativity becomes a language of resilience. Published in Numéro Netherlands, the work stands as a celebration of origin, imagination, and the enduring dialogue between craft and culture.
