• Avoid exposure to heat, extreme sunlight and humidity

• Avoid contact with water, if your bag is exposed to water, dap it with a soft, dry, light cloth, don’t use a heater

• Avoid contact with grease, perfume, cosmetics or rough surfaces or sharp objects

• Do not over-fill your bag

• For minor stains, a light coloured cloth dampened with warm water will remove them, wipe in direction of weave

• Brush stains to surface with soft brush and vacuum dirt from surface

• For heavy stains, cleaning by
professional only

• Do not wash in the washing machine

• Before attempting any cleaning with solvents or liquids, spot test a small inconspicuous patch

• Raffia is a natural fiber and thus unique, variations in colour andthickness should not be considered as imperfections

• Store your bag in the dust bag to protect from dust and light

• Keep in a place not too warm, humid or unventilated
