ORDERS

 

Can I follow my order?

Yes you can follow your order. As soon as your package has been send we will mail you a track and trace code. Once the product is picked up by our shipping forwarder you will be able to track your order.

 

What happens if the tracking number provided does not work?

If a parcel has just been shipped tracking numbers can take up to 1 day to be active. If, after this time, you are still seeing an error message, please contact us at customerservice@reeprojects.com

 

How can I pay my order?

You can pay your order by iDeal or Credit card. We use a secured payment method, Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

 

How will I know if you received my order & when will the payment be processed? 
When your order is in stock, you will get conformation email. If you’ve chosen to pay by credit card, the cost will be immediately deducted from your balance. 

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes on the order form, you have the option of filling in a separate delivery address. 

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order? 
Yes, you can change the shipping address only if you have not received your track & trace email. Please send an email to shop@reeprojects.com

I have filled out my details incorrectly. What do I do?

If you notify us in time before receiving your track & trace we can change this free of charge. In case your package will be returned because of wrong information, we will have to charge you for shipment back to you.

Can I add items to an existing order? 
Yes, you can add additional items to an existing order only if you have not received your track & trace email. Please send an email to
shop@reeprojects.com. Any later than that, you will have to place a new order and pay for separate shipping. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

How will my order be delivered? 
Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL, air or road transport.  In some countries a partner carrier will take over the delivery.

Is my package insured?

Yes everything we ship is insured. till the moment when it reaches you.

 

What should I do if I do not receive my order or if it's damaged?

If you haven’t received your package within 7 days and no delivery note has been left for you, track your delivery first to see the status of the shipment. You can always contact customerservice@reeproject.com for assistance.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, our products can be shipped worldwide. Except some rural areas. When in doubt please contact shop@reeprojects.com

 

How much are the shipping fees?

Standard 0-5 kg – Netherlands € 6,99

Priority – 5-10kg – Netherlands € 14,99

Worldwide shipping – 0-10kg € 25,00 – €45,00

 

What is the delivery time?

Depends on where you live and the shipping forwarder of our choice.

We process orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of Dutch public holidays). The package will be ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

Delivery time within the Netherlands will take 2-5 business days, Europe 3-7 business days and international shippings can take 7-10 working days. The advised dates of delivery may change because of events beyond our control.

 

I live outside the EU, do I pay VAT?

The purchase price is the same for all countries.

 

Do I have to pay import tax/duty fees? 

We deliver DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) – The delivery recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/import tax at the time of delivery, which is based on the full purchase price paid for the order (as reflected on the commercial invoice). This applies to shipping addresses outside the EU. These taxes depends on which country or, in case of the USA, which state you are in. We cannot be held accountable for these charges. These charges are at your own expense.

Our shipping forwarder will contact you when your order arrives to arrange for the payment of the import fees to clear your item(s) for delivery. Please contact the local customs bureau for any questions related to the import tax/duty fees levied by the country of import.

Please note the shipping fee of your order does not include any additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of import.

 

RETRUNS

 

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. All fees in connection with the return delivery of unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.

 

Can I return my order?

You can return your product within 14 days from the delivery date.

We will accept returns on items purchase through the website only in NEW condition. We cannot accept returns on items purchased from other locations. Please send an email with your order number and your return reasons prior to sending at customerservice@reeprojects.com. After written approval for return from customer service, please return the product to the address displayed on the delivery note. We will take you to the return process step by step.

 

Shipping costs for returns

Please note that returns and exchanges are at your expense.
Ree Projects is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods.

Please use a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that returns from outside the EU that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender.

 

Notice that you not qualify for our return policy if:

You don't have a return code from us

If the original package and labels/hangtags are missing

More than 14 days have passed since you received your order

The product has been damaged, have signs of use and is not in the same condition as when delivered

How will I be reimbursed?

Your refund will be made within 30 days from the date of returning the package, to the payment card used for the purchase.
