DOMESTIC / EU ORDERS

For domestic orders and orders shipped within the EU, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price.

USA ORDERS

All USD Prices include import Taxes & Duties fees - no extra charges will be applied at delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all international orders outside the EU, we ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — import duties and taxes are so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Duty and tax amounts are based on the value of the goods, materials used, and country of origin, and are calculated automatically at checkout for your destination.

Please note: duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through Ree Projects. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Once your order is placed, we process it within 24–48 hours. After processing, delivery times vary based on your location:

During bank holidays, sale periods, and festive seasons, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual. A tracking email is sent once your order is dispatched, so you can follow every step of its journey.

Our return policy applies to orders placed directly on reeprojects.com. Returns can only be accepted from the original country of shipment.

Ree Projects offers a 14-day return policy. You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, please visit our return portal.

Returns are only accepted and refunded if received within 14 days, in original packaging, and without any damage or signs of use. Sale items and marked-down products will be refunded as store credit. Promotional items, gift cards, and GWPs are excluded from return or refund.

To simplify your return, we provide a prepaid return label at a preferential rate of €25–40, depending on your location, covering both outbound and inbound shipping. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund or store credit.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, the above return shipping fee does not apply — please contact customerservice@reeprojects.com and we will arrange this at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after we receive your returned item. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing packaging).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping fee. Taxes and duties are not deducted from your refund, as these are already included in the order price (EU) or settled by Ree Projects at the time of shipping (international orders).
