Ree Projects is a fast growing international quiet luxury brand. Our office is located in the city center of Amsterdam. As we continue to expand our online presence and international wholesale network, we are seeking a talented E-commerce Specialist to join our team.

Created with the vision to empower women through thoughtful design - Each bag is designed with functional elegance at its core for a collection uniquely defined by sculptural elements such as the minimal aesthetic and signature folded gusset, as well as organic movement.

What do we
look for?

As our E-commerce specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales, managing inventory, and enhancing our digital footprint. With  3- to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, you will leverage your expertise to optimize our website and traffic towards it, oversee online sales activities, email marketing campaigns and ensure efficient inventory management. Your affinity with the luxury fashion market will be crucial in understanding our audience and tailoring strategies to maximize engagement and sales.


Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Monitor Google analytics

SEO analyses and implementations

Integration with ad platforms

Optimize website functionality, user experience, and performance / CX incl. testing and analyses.

Oversee and execute day-to-day activities in our e-commerce platform;

Manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Manage budgets and ad spends incl. monitoring and reporting ad performance, CPC, CTR & CPM and conversion.

Analyze sales data

Support Newsletter Campaigns with Klaviyo, setting up e-mail flow, A/B testing pop ups and emails.

Monitor inventory levels to optimize product assortment and pricing.

Development and management of bi-weekly reporting dashboard.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.

Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment and integration of e-commerce initiatives.

Monitoring customer service requests, and set out required actions. 

Alignment with (international) external partners for daily operations, improvements, optimizations, and problem fixes.

Contribute to the professionalization of the organization by implementing best practices and processes within the e-commerce department.


You have:

3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving KPIs. Hands-on experience with optimizing SEO, SEM, social media and Klaviyo is a pre.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus and Shopify apps) and digital marketing tools.

Experience with ERP systems and processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar programs.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills to build relationships with our partners.

Interested in luxury fashion and have knowledge of market developments.

Available 32-40 per week and able to be physically present in our office in Amsterdam. 

Proficient in English.
