Important Note for International Orders (Excluding EU, UK, US & Canada) Customs authorities in some countries may require additional information before releasing your parcel. You may be contacted by the courier to provide details such as a tax code, national ID, proof of payment, or an authorization form, depending on local regulations.

If you are not a resident of the delivery country and cannot provide the required documentation, you may need to appoint a local customs broker to complete the clearance process. Broker fees are not covered by Ree Projects.

Ree Projects cannot provide personal customs documents on your behalf — only the receiver can do so. Your shipping provider will guide you through the process if needed.

Ree Projects offers a 14-day return policy. You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, please visit our return portal.

Returns are only accepted and refunded if received within 14 days, in original packaging, and without any damage or signs of use. Sale items and marked-down products will be refunded as store credit. Promotional items, gift cards, and GWPs are excluded from return or refund.

To simplify your return, we provide a prepaid return label at a preferential rate of €25–40, depending on your location, covering both outbound and inbound shipping. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund or store credit.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, the above return shipping fee does not apply — please contact customerservice@reeprojects.com and we will arrange this at no cost to you.

Currently we do not offer any exchange service. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item for a store credit and place a new order.

Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after we receive your returned item. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing packaging).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping fee. Taxes and duties are not deducted from your refund, as these are already included in the order price (EU) or settled by Ree Projects at the time of shipping (international orders).

We do not accept returns or refunds for sale items, promotional items, marked-down products, gift cards, or GWPs. In exceptional cases, we may issue store credit or a non-refundable gift voucher instead.
