​REE PROJECTS B.V. offers worldwide shipping.

Please note: REE PROJECTS B.V. is not available for delivery to post office boxes.

SHIPPING METHODS​

All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL Express. All shipments that are sent by REE PROJECTS B.V. are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of delivery (guided by track & trace information), this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

DELIVERY TIMES​

Usually orders placed before 12:00h Central European Time on business days are dispatched within 2-10 working days for Economy shipping, Express shipments are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the following Monday.

The indicated days start as of the receipt of your payment. Delivery days is depending on your country, time zone, customs and your local carrier.

Due to bank holidays, Sale periods and Festive seasons the delivery times may take longer than the usual delivery times.

Due to Covid-19 the order process and delivery time may take longer than usually and can differ from these given delivery days depending on the shipping forwarder.

TAXES & DUTIES​

We ship DAP (Delivery At Place). Our product prices exclude all import, taxes and duties costs charged by customs. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As the amount depends on each country’s policies, please make sure to check the conditions which apply to your country.

INSURANCE​

REE PROJECTS B.V. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We use the 'track & trace' information as evidence of delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then we also use the ‘track & trace’ information as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by REE PROJECTS B.V. and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS; CAN I CHOOSE WHERE MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?​

If you are sending a gift or have a different location preference, such as your workplace, you can choose a different address to your billing address. Please note: REE PROJECTS is not available for delivery to post office boxes.

I PLACED AN ORDER A WHILE AGO, BUT IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED​

Orders are dispatched upon payment. Orders are canceled if payment is not received within 7 days of receipt of the order. If payment has been processed successfully from your account, please contact us at customerservice@reeprojects.com with your order information and proof of payment so we can send you your REE PROJECTS bag as soon as possible.

Returns

COST OF RETURNS​

There are costs associated with returning an item. For the return shipping for all countries except the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany and France we charge the full amount of the outbound and inbound shipping costs. These costs are subtracted automatically from your refund amount.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES​

We accept returns up to 14 days following the delivery of your package.

Please contact us at customerservice@reeprojects.com so we can inform you about the correct return procedure for your order.

Depending on your order, you will a) have to ship the return yourself with our return shipping instructions and a 'track & trace' code or b) We will send you a return label. This may vary depending on your order, country, shipping and payment method.

In both events you will need a ‘track & trace’ number.

The full amount of the return shipping costs is on your account and will be paid either directly to the shipping forwarder or substracted from the order ammount. Depending on the shipping and payment method of your order.

Simply send the return(s) to us in the original packaging using the return label. Always enclose the completed return form so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

We will send you an e-mail confirmation as soon as we receive your returned package.

Returns can only be accepted and refunded when received within 14 days - in its original packaging without any damage or traces of use. Promotions, Sales items, marked down products or GWP's are excluded and cannot be returned or refunded.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS​

Please note that REE PROJECTS bags that were not purchased at www.reeprojects.com cannot be exchanged or refunded. Also, we can only accept returns from the country to which the shipment was sent.

REFUND​

A full or partial refund is processed upon receiving item(s) in the original packaging and condition. Please allow up to 15-20 business days for the refund to reflect in your account as processing times vary between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

SALES TAX IN CASE OF REFUND​

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded by your local tax office. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through REE PROJECTS B.V.. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to reflect in your account as processing times vary between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

LATE RETURNS​

We accept return up to 14 days following the delivery of your package. Returns outside this timeframe is at the discretion of REE PROJECTS B.V., and will only be refunded as a store credit.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING​

All REE PROJECTS items should be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original REE PROJECTS box including the original REE PROJECTS. shipping box. Unused and free of damage. Items that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or bag may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE REFUND APPEAR ON MY ACCOUNT?​

Our returns procedure begins as we receive your undamaged, unused REE PROJECTS items in original packaging. We refund your money within 10 business days.

EXCHANGE​

If you would prefer another color, size or material, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the return note the new item color or size. If your item is not available, we will inform you by email and refund you the amount for your purchase.

COMPLAINTS​

All orders are personally checked and hand packed. WARRANTY​

You cannot claim warranty where there is normal use, damage by intent or damage caused by lack of proper nurturing following the care instructions.
