REE PROJECTS offers free worldwide shipping on all orders over €695​ - discounted items/sales excluded.

All orders are shipped with DHL. Signature upon receipt is required. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Once you place your order, we process it within 1-3 business days. After processing, delivery times vary based on your location:

• Domestic orders: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg Delivery within 1-3 working days
• Rest of EU orders: 4-6 business days
• Worlwide: UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, 4-6 business days
• Rest of the world: 4-7 business days

During bank holidays, sale periods and festive seasons, the processing and delivery times may take longer than the usual.

DOMESTIC / EU ORDERS

For domestic orders and orders shipped within the EU the price includes taxes and duties.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders outside the EU are shipped with DAP incoterms , you will be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority.

The costs are directly related to the value of the ordered goods, the materials used, and their country of origin. Since customs duties vary by country, we recommend consulting your local customs authorities to understand potential charges before placing an order with us. Please note: Switzerland and the United Kingdom are non-EU members, and all imported goods are subject to customs clearance, which will require the payment of import duties.

Please note that all duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through Ree Projects. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Ree Projects has a 14-day return policy. You can return your item within 14 days from when your order has been delivered and ship it back for a refund. For return requests, please submit your return request at customerservice@reeprojects.com

Returns can only be accepted and refunded when received within 14 days, in its original packaging without any damage or traces of use. Promotions, sales items, marked down products, giftcards or GWP's are excluded and cannot be returned or refunded.

There are costs associated with returning an item. For the return shipping for all countries except the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany and France we charge the full amount of the outbound and inbound shipping costs. These costs are subtracted automatically from your refund amount.

Please note that REE PROJECTS bags purchased outside of reeprojects.com cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, we can only accept returns from the original country of shipment.

We accept returns up to 14 days following the delivery of your package. Late returns outside this timeframe is at the discretion of REE PROJECTS B.V., and will only be refunded as a store credit.

Currently we do not offer any exchange service. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item for a store credit and place a new order.

Your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days after we receive the returned items. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing packaging). The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase, with return shipping costs, taxes, and duties deducted.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for sale items purchased through our webshop. In exceptional cases, we may issue a store credit or a non-refundable gift voucher.
