ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions:

• REE PROJECTS B.V. or 'We': REE PROJECTS B.V., being the user of these terms and conditions.
• Offer: every non-binding offer from REE PROJECTS as set out in clause 3.1.
• Order: every order placed via our Online shop.
• Agreement: every acceptance by REE PROJECTS B.V. of an Order.
• Products: all material objects which are subject to an Agreement between the purchaser and REE PROJECTS B.V.
• Delivery: the actual handing over of the Products by or on behalf of REE PROJECTS B.V. to the purchaser.

ARTICLE 2. APPLICABILITY

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Offers, Orders and Agreements, unless explicitly indicated otherwise by REE PROJECTS B.V. By placing an Order you accept the applicability of the then-current General Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 3. OFFERS, ORDERS AND AGREEMENTS

Offers

All Offers by REE PROJECTS B.V. are mere invitations to you to order Products. Any prices and descriptions made or referred to on the Online shop are subject to availability and do not constitute a binding offer. An Order placed by you constitutes an offer by you to REE PROJECTS B.V. to purchase Products and is subject to REE PROJECTS B.V.'s subsequent acceptance. The Agreement is concluded at the point where such Order is either expressly accepted by REE PROJECTS B.V. or accepted by way of shipping all or part of your Order. All Offers are subject to availability and valid for the term mentioned on the Online shop. When the term of an Offer has expired you can no longer make use of such Offer.

Orders

You can place your Orders by following the procedure indicated by the Online shop. REE PROJECTS B.V. does not accept Orders: (a) from persons under 18 years of age; (b) if REE PROJECTS B.V. cannot determine that the address submitted by you is correct.

REE PROJECTS B.V. reserves the right to refuse Orders on grounds other than those mentioned above, and may apply special conditions to the fulfillment of the Agreement. Should REE PROJECTS B.V. decide not to accept an Order or wish to apply special conditions, REE PROJECTS B.V. will give notice thereof within 14 business days after receipt of the Order.

Agreement

An Agreement will not become binding and enforceable until REE PROJECTS B.V. has confirmed your Order per email.

ARTICLE 4. PRICES AND COSTS

4.1 Product prices shown by this Online shop at the moment of placing your Order will apply.

4.2 Prices are in Euros, inclusive of local VAT (BTW) for domestic and EU customers, unless indicated or agreed otherwise. This excludes any import taxes and duty costs applied by customs where not covered by our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping model. Where DDP applies, shipping, taxes and duties are included at checkout for a seamless delivery experience, without unexpected or hidden fees on delivery.

4.2.1 The specific destinations and carriers for which DDP shipping applies, and any destinations for which duties and taxes are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority, are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of 

Please note that all duty and sales taxes paid are non-refundable through Ree Projects in case of returns or exchanges. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs or tax office directly.

4.3 REE PROJECTS B.V. reserves the right to change the prices of the Products, especially if this is the result of statutory regulations or fluctuations in the financial market over which REE PROJECTS B.V. has no influence.

4.4 Complimentary worldwide shipping applies to orders above €695.

4.5 The delivery fee and customs & duty costs will be charged if the Order cannot be delivered due to circumstances within your control.

4.6 REE PROJECTS B.V. reserves the right to charge a delivery fee in other specific circumstances specified prior to placing your Order.

ARTICLE 5. PAYMENT

5.1 The purchase price, including any additional costs, can be paid using the payment methods offered at checkout. Available payment methods are shown dynamically at checkout, may vary by market and destination, and are updated from time to time to reflect currently supported providers. REE PROJECTS B.V. reserves the right to add, remove or exclude certain payment methods at its discretion.

5.2 By selecting payment by credit card you authorize REE PROJECTS B.V. to check the validity of your credit card and to verify whether your credit limit suffices for payment of the purchase price, and to reserve the amount of the purchase price.

5.3 Payment by credit card takes place immediately after the Products ordered by you are dispatched from our warehouse. At this moment REE PROJECTS B.V. will debit your credit card through a secure method.

ARTICLE 6. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

6.1 Discount codes issued by REE PROJECTS B.V. are valid for one-time use per order and must be entered at checkout to apply. Codes not applied at the time of checkout cannot be applied retroactively.

6.2 Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of issuance.

6.3 Discount codes are not valid on sale items, promotional items, marked-down products, gift cards, or other items marked as final sale.

6.4 REE PROJECTS B.V. reserves the right to cancel or adjust any Order where a discount code has been applied in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms, and to refuse future use of a code by a given customer.

6.5 Promotions, discounts and welcome gifts offered by REE PROJECTS B.V. are offered at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, save for codes already applied to a confirmed Order.

ARTICLE 7. DELIVERY

7.1 REE PROJECTS B.V. will deliver the purchased Products as soon as possible at the address indicated by you when placing your Order. All Products are generally in stock. It may, however, be possible that a Product is temporarily out of stock. If an Order accepted by REE PROJECTS B.V. cannot be delivered in whole or in part, REE PROJECTS B.V. will notify you within 2 business days after your Order was placed. In this case, REE PROJECTS B.V. is entitled to dissolve the Agreement.

ARTICLE 8. OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS

8.1 REE PROJECTS B.V. maintains ownership of the Products delivered to you until you have paid any and all amounts outstanding to REE PROJECTS B.V.

ARTICLE 9. RETURNS

9.1 For all your purchases a withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt of the Products applies. Within this period you may return the Products without giving reasons, provided the Products are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and the original REE PROJECTS shipping box, accompanied by the completed return form. Promotions, sale items, marked-down products, gift cards and gifts-with-purchase are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

9.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted automatically from your refund amount, as follows:

• Netherlands: €10 per return
• Other EU countries: €25 per return
• Outside the EU: € 40 per return, or actual carrier cost where this exceeds the standard fee

9.3 REE PROJECTS B.V. shall refund payments for returned Products within 10 business days after receipt of such Products. Please note that all duty and sales taxes paid are non-refundable through Ree Projects in case of returns or exchanges; you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs or tax office directly.

ARTICLE 10. INCORRECT DELIVERY

10.1 You are obligated to inspect delivered Products upon receipt. Should the Products not be as ordered (e.g. not the correct color/material or size), you are to report this immediately to our customer service department in writing at customerservice@reeprojects.com. Incorrect products should be returned immediately after receipt, accompanied by a description of the reason for the return. We will refund your return shipping costs in this case.

ARTICLE 11. WARRANTY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP

11.1 All REE PROJECTS products are designed in Amsterdam and handcrafted in Italy, and are inspected for quality prior to shipment. We warrant our Products against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 24  months from the date of purchase.

11.2 This warranty covers defects such as loose stitching, non-functioning hardware, or manufacturing faults in the leather, and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, or accidental damage.

11.3 To make a warranty claim, please contact customerservice@reeprojects.com with a description and photograph of the issue, together with proof of purchase from REE PROJECTS B.V. or an authorized retailer.

ARTICLE 12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

12.1 REE PROJECTS B.V. processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR, and our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and forms part of these Terms.

12.2 Personal data provided to us is used for order processing and delivery, customer service, payment and returns handling, and — where you have separately opted in — marketing communications by email and via social media advertising platforms. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time.

12.3 Our website uses functional, analytical and (where consented to) marketing cookies. Details on the cookies used and your choices are available via our cookie banner and Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 13. FORCE MAJEURE

13.1 REE PROJECTS B.V. is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under an Agreement to the extent such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or supplier failures.

13.2 If such circumstances continue for more than two months, either party may terminate the affected Agreement without further obligation, other than the refund of amounts already paid for Products not delivered.

ARTICLE 14. MISCELLANEOUS

14.1 In the event that one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with REE PROJECTS B.V. is in conflict with applicable provisions of mandatory law, the relevant provision will be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision which as closely as possible resembles REE PROJECTS B.V.'s initial intent.

14.2 REE PROJECTS B.V. reserves the right to make amendments to these General Terms and Conditions.

14.3 The Terms and Conditions as shown on this Online shop at the time of conclusion of an Agreement will apply to that Agreement. You can print these from the Online shop during or prior to the order procedure.

ARTICLE 15. QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

15.1 In case of complaints concerning products purchased by you, you can contact REE PROJECTS B.V. at customerservice@reeprojects.com. For any questions regarding your Orders or Products, please contact our customer service department.

ARTICLE 16. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

16.1 These General Terms and Conditions and all Agreements or other legal obligations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, save that REE PROJECTS B.V. retains the right to bring proceedings against you in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction where enforcement so requires.

DISCLAIMER

The rights with respect to this website (the "Website") and the information, products, materials, software and services contained therein or otherwise provided thereby (the "Information") are owned by REE PROJECTS B.V., its group companies and/or its licensors. REE PROJECTS B.V. may amend these terms, the Website and/or the Information at any time without prior notice, as well as deny or limit access to the Website and/or the Information.

REE PROJECTS B.V. hereby grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable and non-sublicensable right to use the Website and the Information for personal and non-commercial use only. All other use is prohibited, including disclosure, copying, distribution and linking (including framing and deep-linking). REE PROJECTS B.V. makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Information on the Website is accurate and up to date; however, REE PROJECTS B.V. does not guarantee that the Information is complete and correct.

REE PROJECTS B.V. is not liable for any costs incurred or damage sustained directly or indirectly in connection with the Website, the Information or electronic communication, including if such Information or communication (i) is unusable or can only be used in part or with limitations, (ii) lacks accuracy, relevance or currency or contains typing errors, (iii) is intercepted, manipulated, infected, or does not arrive at its destination, (iv) is delayed, (v) causes loss of data, or (vi) harms computer systems. All exclusions of liability apply regardless of the legal ground on which liability is based.

The provisions in these terms are made for the benefit of REE PROJECTS B.V. and its past, present and future group companies, shareholders and their respective holding companies, and persons having worked for, working for, or going to work for REE PROJECTS B.V. or any of its group companies (such as partners, advisors, employees, trainees, temps and freelancers, including third-party suppliers and subcontractors).

These provisions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, consistent with Article 16 above.

This material is protected against unauthorized use by copyright and trademark laws. No right, title and/or interest in any material or software is assigned to you as a result of any download or copying. You may not reproduce, totally or in part (except for private, personal, non-commercial use), distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or sell any of the information, images, photographs, trademarks, products, or other elements and material contained on this website.
